 PF 202

Alloy Chilled Cast Iron rolls (rings) is one kind of cast iron roll making use of super-cooling of model surface and adding Ni, Cr, Mo alloy elements. There is no free graphite in the microstructure of the working layer, so it results in high hardness and excellent wear resistance.

These type of material may be used to produce large scale rolls in double pouring process. The barrel of rolls has high hardness while the neck has high toughness, so these type of rolls exhibit the proper tie of high thermal stability and resistance to accident.
